The Orlando Sentinal reports that Tracy Irwin, 53, suffered fatal injuries when metal scaffolding fell from a forklift and hit her. It is reported that Irwin worked for a subcontractor for Cirque du Soleil, which has been renting the Amway Arena, where the incident occurred.
