At least 43 workers have died in accidents at Commonwealth Games construction sites India's capital New Delhi, according to a report.
Man dies after toxic fume leak
Paul Doyley has died following a gas leak on 5 March 2010 at a factory near Grimsby. Toxic titanium tetrachloride fumes escaped during the incident.
Mr Doyley was taken to hospital where he was treated for chemical burns and inhalation of toxic fumes but later died. Two other men were also treated for chemical burns.
