Worker killed in factory fall

A man has become the eighth worker to die this year at a Chinese electronics factory, which makes iPhones and iPads, after he was killed in a fall.

Missing rivet may have caused crash

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) said a small rivet head that kept the fuel cut-off lever secure had come off before a Cessna Citation 500 crashed into a house in Farnborough, Kent, in March 2008.
