First Uranium has reported that an accident at its Ezulwini gold mine killed a drill operator. It is the fourth death at the South African mine in the last twelve months.
The drill operator was killed by a collapse in the mine. In August, a man was killed in another accident, which is under internal investigation. In March, another worker was killed by a collapse, while another collapse in November killed one worker and injured three more.
